Comfy Kozy is a
company you can trust and know you’re not going to get ripped off. a.J.
Fergelec's workers took time to talk to me and tell me just what they were
going to do. They handled themselves like real pros. They did a very neat
job and cleaned up the mess when they were done.
I was very happy on the workmanship and how
they took their time to do it right. They did not hurry the job to see how
fast they could get it done. I was not able to stay at the house and knowing
A.J. and what standard he runs his company by, I know I could trust his
workers to be alone in my home and know the work was done right.
We got the best job anyone could ask for and
even after the job was done and paid for they said to call anytime if I have
any questions about my hot water heater. I had to call. I didn’t understand
the controls and A.J. took the time to answer all my questions and he said
to call anytime. To me this is a top-notch company. |

that comes to mind. Honesty, and quality workmanship. Dependable, reliable
and very courteous. In other words – the best !!! Professional!!!
Every time I needed work done – be it air
conditioning, furnace, hot water heater, plumbing or if we needed an
emergency call – A.J. was “there” for us. It really gave us good feelings of
security and comfort.
Education was the biggest benefit. A.J.
Fergelec had great patience explaining methods and functions of any
equipment etc. Purchasing the carbon monoxide “monitor” instead of a
detector is a good example. It gave us such a sense of security we bought
one for our daughter and her family. I would never want to be without it. |

able to feel comfortable when calling someone to work on your furnace and
knowing that they’ll come when you need them. The technician is always

going to cost before he starts work. We were particularly impressed with the
was he tested for carbon monoxide leaks in the furnace and fireplace. He
also showed us why a carbon monoxide monitor is a good idea and how to

I’m a dental hygienist that
knows a good value. I subscribe to Comfy Kozy's service plan to inspect my
furnace and air conditioner yearly. My husband and I feel that their
technicians are very competent and trustworthy. We feel very comfortable
with them in our home. They always explain in detail the problem and why it
needs to be fixed or replaced even though I always have a million questions.
I was particularly impressed with how quickly
they came when my sewer backed up. The technician worked very hard to get
through the clog that was caused my all the dental floss I flushed! Wow!!!
What an expensive habit!!! As usual, when the technician left, I had a good
understanding of my plumbing system and some great tips to keep it in top
operating condition. |

A.J. Fergelec has been a great
part of the renovation on my home such as installing a new furnace, water
tank, new central air conditioning plus adding air conditioning to the
addition on my home, the kitchen and bathroom on the second floor, heating
in part of my driveway, the interior French drain, replacing a lead water
line and miscellaneous electrical work.
They do very good quality work. They are very
clean and informative. Their technician gave an estimate to a neighbor of
mine. The neighbor thought the estimate was too much and found another
contractor. Later this neighbor crossed paths with the technician and
admitted that he should have used Comfy Kozy because he was not happy with
the work that was done by the other contractor. I was particularly impressed
with the interior French drain. It has been such a help!
Fergelec's Comfy Kozy has demonstrated
integrity and shown me the quality of work they do. I had a contract start
this job, walk off and left a lot of work to be done. Fergelec made a point
of seeking out a general contractor to come in and finish the job to my
satisfaction. This was a real blessing! |
