The pipes are leaking...the AC stopped working and it's 90 degrees in the SHADE...the heater isn't working and it's -7 with the wind chill factor....little Johnny...who is just learning to go number 2 on the Big Boy potty, just flushed 3 months worth of Toilet Paper down the toilet and now there are ....um....well....... there's a bunch of nasty stuff all over the floor and the toilet won't flush ! RELAX !!!! Many times...pipes leak...heaters break...AC malfunctions because people don't want to spend the money on regular routine maintenance ! Now...you REALLY have a problem.
